How does it work?

iconik VoteForge allows clients to indicate their preferences on issues that are important to them. As company elections occur, iconik auto-votes proxies based on each VoteForge profile, and provides reporting on voting outcomes for the specific topics relevant to each client profile. Advisors have access to a dashboard where they can view client information and adjust settings.

Shareholders request that Goldman Sachs issue a report disclosing a transition plan that describes how it intends to align its financing activities with its 2030 sectoral greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets, including the specific measures and policies necessary to achieve its targets, the reductions to be achieved by such measures and policies, and timelines for implementation and associated emission reductions.

Item 5: Single-Use Plastics Report

Proponent: Mercy Investment Services

Shareholders request that Dow’s Board issue an audited report addressing whether and how a significant reduction in virgin plastic demand, as set forth in Breaking the Plastic Wave’s System Change Scenario to reduce ocean plastic pollution, would affect the Company’s financial position and assumptions underlying its financial statements. The report should be at reasonable cost and omit proprietary information.

Proposal 6: Additional reporting on pay equity disclosure

Proponent: James McRitchie

Shareholders request Kellogg Company (Kellogg) report annually on unadjusted median pay gaps across race and gender globally and/or by country, where appropriate, including associated policy, reputational, competitive, and operational risks, and risks related to recruiting and retaining diverse talent.

Item 7: Report on Customer Due Diligence

Proponent: American Baptist Home Mission Society

Shareholders request the Board of Directors commission an independent third-party report, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, assessing Amazon’s customer due diligence process to determine whether customers’ use of its products and services with surveillance, computer vision, or cloud storage capabilities contributes to human rights violations.
